Now follow the steps please
| Step no.1 | REGISTRATION |
Click on link „registration“, please complete the form with the necessary information and enter the „continue“. In this moment you are logged (registered) in our e-shop, you can manage your personal data and information and monitor the running order status. Your registration will be confirmed when the payment will be credited on our bank account. We recommend payment by credit card, that will ensure an immediate order confirmation. For the next login please note your login informations.

Payment:
Before proceeding to the actual payment of the registration fee, you can choose other items from the e-shop section, which is accomodation within the frame of conference, check –in the day before , or check-out day after the conference. There is no exception fee for the accompanying person ( family,etc..).

Important informations please write into the note – invoice / billing information, requirement for the roommate, special diets, etc. If you do not write the billing informations, the invoice will be issued in your name automatically.

Additional informations and invoice:
The invoice you will recieve only by email.
If you do not use immediate payment by credit card o rif it does not allow such erroneous data, it is possible to return to the operation later by log in to your e-shop account. You will recieve automatic response.
Payment by credit card:
If you choose payment by credit card, you will recieve an automatic confirmation of the payment and additional confirmation of your reservation. The invoice you will recieve within 5 working days on your email.
Payment by bank transfer:
If you choose payment by bank transfer, you will recieve an automatic response about the order saving. Within 5 working days we will send you the invoice on your email, which is necessary to pay. Your reservation will be confirmed, when the amount will be on our bank account.
Special requests:
If you have special request to issue the invoice, or for the accomodation, roommate or request for the meals, please note this informations into the order form. You can send this requests / informations additionally HERE.
